Secretary not present and did not have minutes from
previous monthly meeting or the BOD meeting.
Treasurer’s report read.
1. Highlights of BOD Meeting
Unable to discuss due to not having notes/minutes
from BOD meting.
2. Volunteer Appreciation
Dinner
Coordinator was not present so we where unable to
get any details. However, a date was discussed and it was recommended that the
dinner be held on 17 Mar 2004 (St Patrick’s Day). VP will check the Event
Schedule at Mohegan Sun to see if they have any events planned that will make
the dining area very crowded.
(Note: Checked Mohegan Sun schedule and found no
major events planned for that day.)
3. CPO Mess Dedication
Coordinator was not present so we where unable to
get any details.
4. Penguin Plunge 21 Feb
Coordinator was not present so we where unable to
get any details. (It was mentioned that PO Taylor doing some coordination
regarding the event, but we have no other details.)
5. Reminder about National
Elections (see insert in latest Chief’s magazine).
6. Passed on another thank you
from Mrs. White for the very nice ceremony.
Next meeting: 24 Feb 2004 at 1500 in the CPO Mess.
